Reporting Line: Operations Manager


Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Administer employee benefits and allowances.
* Support career management initiatives, including promotions, transfers, and role changes.

People Development:
* Implement internship, training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
* Track employee performance and support managers in performance evaluation.
* Develop career growth strategies and succession planning frameworks.

Employee Happiness:
* Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
* Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide support as needed.
* Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.


Qualifications & Experience

* A University degree or equivalent certification.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR or related role.
* Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development.
* Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
