The C&I Leasing group of companies serves its clients through four business lines; Fleet Management, Outsourcing,Telematics (Citracks)and Marine Services with two subsidiaries in Ghana (Leasafric) and the United Arab Emirates (EPIC International FZE).

Responsibilities

* Greet clients as they enter the company.
* Schedule appointments and manage the company's calendar.
* Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization.
* Process payments and manage cash register.


Requirements

* ND / HND holder.
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in basic computer skills.
