We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
* Handle high-level customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
* Continuously improve service delivery through training, process improvement, and innovation.
* Collaborate with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
* Develop and implement customer service policies, standards, and procedures.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
* Proficient in customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Strong communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
* A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
