Job Description
As our Barista–Mixologist, you will:

* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, smoothies, cocktails, and mocktails
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Create signature drink recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
* Manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
* Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
* Stay up to date with trends in coffee and mixology


Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

* Minimum qualification: SSCE/OND (additional certifications in hospitality or mixology is a plus)
* Has 1–3 years’ experience as a barista or mixologist in a busy restaurant, lounge, or café
* Is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beverages
* Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills
* Is knowledgeable about beverage preparation techniques, including latte art and cocktail mixing
* Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Has a positive attitude and works well in a team
