Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

* The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing hotel sales and marketing strategies that generate leads, convert prospects, and increase hotel bookings.
* You must have a strong grasp of the hospitality industry, understand OTA management, and be comfortable with content creation for digital platforms. A background in Hotel Administration is a must have.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement innovative sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Identify new market opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Marketing & Lead Generation:
* Design and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) that drive visibility and attract new clientele.
* Strategically promote hotel services using digital platforms and traditional methods.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

OTA Management:
* Manage the hotel’s presence across Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
* Ensure up-to-date and optimized listings with accurate pricing, content, and availability.
* Monitor performance analytics and implement actions to increase online bookings.

Reporting & Collaboration:
* Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
* Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout.Requirements


Requirements

* A background in Hotel Administration
* Minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies and sales plans.
* Familiarity with OTA platforms and hotel booking channels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Creative, proactive, and target-driven.
