Job Title: Office Staff
Location: Abuja Steel Mills Compound, Abuja-Kaduna Road, Abuja (FCT)


Job Summary

* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff to manage stock, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks related to plywood and related materials.
* This role requires efficiency in office operations, organization, and communication skills to support the business workflow.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain stock records of plywood and ensure accurate documentation
* Supervise loading/offloading of plywood in the absence of warehouse supporting staff
* Coordinate with Cullet Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock management
* Track and follow up on HST Vehicles while on the road
* Manage follow-ups for Empty Box returns and related inventory
* Prepare Cullet and Empty Box Invoices for accurate financial tracking
* File office paperwork and ensure proper documentation management
* Maintain account ledger and petty cash records for financial accountability
* Coordinate with Weigh Bridge for accurate scaling paper processing (OWAIL & AFGL)
* Raise Sales Orders (SO) for AFGL to streamline business transactions


Qualifications & Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in office administration, logistics, or inventory management
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
* Familiarity with warehouse operations, invoicing, and stock control
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.


Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.

Benefits:

* Transport Allowance: N3,500 (weekly)
* Phone Expenses: N3,000 (monthly).
