Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Summary

* We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer with experience in plywood, building materials, or construction industries.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotations, driving sales of plywood and doors, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building material sector
* Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to close deals
* Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements
* Sell plywood, doors, and other building materials to clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and preferences (expenses will be reimbursed)
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities


Qualifications & Requirements

* 2-4 years of experience in sales within plywood, building materials, or construction industries
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Familiarity with the Apapa-Lagos market and customer base is an advantage

Salary

N120,000 - N170,000 per month.


Benefits:

* Transport Allowance: N3,500 (weekly)
* Phone Expenses: N3,000 (monthly)
* Market Visit Expenses: Paid at actual cost.
