We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Source and attract top talent through various channels like job boards, social media, and employee referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company culture fit
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview questions.
* Negotiate and extend job offers to top candidates.
* Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date hiring information.
* Attend job fairs and networking events to expand talent pool
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during hiring process.
* Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.


Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years experience.


Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
