Job Summary

* We are currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Business Development Manager for one of our clients in the Logistics/Tech industry.


Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
* Address team challenges and ensure consistent performance.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.


Requirements

* BSc/ HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
* Proven experience in the same or similar role, preferably in the Logistic/Transport firm and Financial institutions.
* Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and Leadership skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.
