Established in 2008 and incorporated in 2012 to provide services such as building and civil engineering design, execution, monitoring /control, project management and maintenance.

* Improve relations with customers.
* Identifying and addressing client needs.
* Help in resolving customer queries.
* Achieving sales targets.
* Ensuring client satisfaction.
* Address customer concerns.
* Collaborating with other department.
* Ensure thorough cleanliness of the place.
* Monitor the smooth running of the apartment.
* Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
* Managing customer expectations.
* Portfolio management.
