Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Personnel
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Reports to: Admin Officer
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Purpose

* As the Front Desk Officer at Adia Hospital, you will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
* You will manage the front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to various departments.
* Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth flow of our hospital’s daily activities and upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
* Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic time.
* Handle patient registrations, ensuring accurate entry of patient information.
* Respond to patient and visitor inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information about hospital services.
* Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to facilitate smooth patient flow.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required.


Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
