Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance expectations
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
* Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and improve performance
* Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and report on results
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging
* Oversee the sales budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
* Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
* Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.


Qualifications

* Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8 - 12 years experience.


Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 monthly.
