Job Description

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative who can connect with clients in both French and English, drive revenue, and strengthen our customer relationships.


What You’ll Do

* Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
* Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
* Build long-term client relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

* Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
* 3 - 5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
* Fluency in English and French(written and verbal).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
