Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth through product visibility and Market penetration across Modern Trade and Open Trade within Lagos Island and environs.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive store penetration to onboard new sales outlets/stores to increase the volume and numeric distribution with Island and its environs.
* Expand reach through increased Distributors Base.
* Supervise Product availability and secure premium shelf space for displays.
* Build and maintain strong relationship with merchandisers, store managers and distributors.
* Prepare structured reports as required by the company.
* Ensure effective credit monitoring and payment collection to keep Day sales outstanding(DSO) within target range.
* Design an efficient delivery route map in collaboration with the logistics department to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.


Requirements

* HND/B.Sc. in any field.
* 2-5 years’ experience in FMCG sales.
* Must reside within Lagos Island axis
* Good knowledge of both Modern trade and Open trade operations
* Preferably a male that is hands-on and fluent in Yoruba.
* Willing to travel to territories outside the Island.
* Excellent communication and data reporting skills.
