Job Summary

Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is currently hiring a Licensed and Experienced Sonographer to join our medical team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality ultrasound examinations, assisting in accurate diagnosis, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.


Key Responsibilities

* Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures (e.g., abdominal, obstetric, vascular, pelvic, etc.) in accordance with physician instructions.
* Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively to capture accurate images.
* Analyze sonographic findings and collaborate with physicians to assist in diagnosis.
* Prepare and position patients appropriately for examinations, ensuring comfort and privacy.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation of procedures and findings.
* Ensure proper care and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
* Adhere strictly to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.


Requirements:

* Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
* Must possess a valid license to practice as a Sonographer.
* Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
* Proficient in the use of ultrasound equipment and imaging software.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent diagnostic and technical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
