Job Title: Imaging Technician

Job Summary

Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Imaging Technician to operate diagnostic imaging equipment and support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
The ideal candidate will be professional, safety-conscious, and skilled in handling imaging procedures across a range of modalities.


Key Responsibilities

* Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, and other diagnostic machines as required.
* Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
* Capture clear, high-quality images for medical review and diagnosis.
* Maintain imaging equipment and follow quality assurance protocols.
* Adhere strictly to radiation safety and infection control standards.
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
* Maintain patient records and imaging documentation accurately and confidentially.


Requirements

* Diploma or degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
* Valid license or certification to practice as an Imaging Technician.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic center.
* Strong knowledge of imaging techniques and safety standards.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
