Job Summary

Wev are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the hospital’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and financial reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage financial records and reports accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and relevant tax laws.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
* Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
* Provide financial insights to support hospital operations and decision-making.
* Assist in audits and prepare necessary documentation.


Qualifications & Experience

* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
* Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or ICAN is required.
* 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
