Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

* Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company's products to customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring swift resolution to maintain positive relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
* Prepare regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
* Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for product or service improvement.
* Work closely with the Area/Cluster Sales Manager and the sales team to align on strategies, share best practices, and meet organizational objectives.
* Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment on client needs and market demand.


Requirements

* Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
