Job Title: Business Development Officer

Task and Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
* Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients or investors.
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
* Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
* Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
* Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
* Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support business growth.
* Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to the business development team
* Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve products, services, and business development strategies.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus with relevant certification in sales/marketing.
* At least 5 years of relevant and progressive experience.
* Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
* Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
