Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team.
You will provide accurate, effective and efficient administrative, technical and financial supports to all departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, numerical and analytical skills, attention to details and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities

* Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Provide business support to managers and employees as needed.
* Managing relationships with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of work
* To create and maintain work procedures to ensure consistency.
* To be responsible for accurately raising and paying invoices in a timely manner.
* Analysis and reconciliation of the General Ledger on a monthly/yearly basis
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
* Overseeing the upkeep and repair of the facility's physical assets, including buildings, equipment and systems
* Responsible for the efficient management and coordination of a company's vehicles and drivers.
