Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
The Dialysis Nurse will work closely with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.


Key Responsibilities

* Administer dialysis treatments to patients
* Monitor patients during dialysis and assess their response to treatment
* Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards etc.


Qualifications

* Registered Nurse (RN) and other professional licenses
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in dialysis nursing
* Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
