About This Position

Funtay Group is an energy company involved in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sector.
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 3 - 10 years of solid accounting expertise.
The ideal candidate is independent, intelligent, and highly proficient in Excel.
Responsibilities include financial analysis, accurate postings on accounting software, payment processing, and report generation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work without supervision are essential.
Experience with monthly closing and reconciliations is a plus.
This is a full-time role for a reliable professional ready to contribute from day one.


Job Description

* Prepare and post accurate journal entries using accounting software.
* Perform account reconciliations and monthly financial closings.
* Analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports for management.
* Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and statutory remittances.
* Maintain and update Excel-based reports, budgets, and trackers.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
* Support audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.
* Work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and attention to detail.
