Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Sales


Position Overview

We are seeking a result-driven and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record in sales and customer engagement.
This role involves direct contact with new and existing customers, devising strategies to convert leads into clients, and consistently meeting weekly/monthly targets. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for field marketing are essential.


Key Responsibilities

* Visit, connect with, and follow up on potential and existing customers.
* Recommend and implement effective strategies for winning and retaining customers.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain and present accurate reports on marketing activities, leads, and conversions.
* Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and marketing efficiency.


Key Requirements

* B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record of meeting targets.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in field marketing and engaging with diverse customer groups.
* Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver results.
