Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Executive to join our Lagos team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing field marketing activities, engaging new and existing clients, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
The role requires excellent people skills, the ability to meet sales and marketing targets, and strong follow-up discipline.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and follow up on potential clients across designated areas.
* Promote the company’s real estate and professional services to individuals and corporate clients.
* Plan and execute effective customer outreach and relationship strategies.
* Meet and exceed individual marketing targets as assigned.
* Provide timely updates on market trends, client feedback, and campaign results.
* Assist in organizing marketing events, open houses, and client meetings.


Key Requirements

* B.Sc. / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Admin, or any related field.
* 3 - 5 years’ experience in direct/field marketing or sales.
* Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
* Good knowledge of Lagos terrain and ability to generate field leads.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads effectively.
* Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage.
