Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Lagos.
The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of estate valuation, property management, and client relations.
You will oversee key real estate projects, manage client portfolios, and lead a team of junior surveyors while delivering high-quality professional service.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct property inspections, valuations, and appraisals in line with market standards.
* Manage lease, sale, and property acquisition negotiations.
* Provide advisory services to clients on real estate investment and property development.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.
* Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and support staff.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional codes.
* Maintain strong client relationships and handle portfolio management.


Key Requirements

* B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Estate Management or related field.
* Certification with relevant professional bodies (e.g. NIESV, ESVARBON).
* Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in estate surveying or valuation.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Excellent knowledge of property laws, valuation standards, and market trends.
* Computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office, valuation software, etc.).
