Job Title: Estate Surveyor
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Surveyor to support our real estate operations in Lagos.
This role requires hands-on experience in property inspections, lease management, and client engagement.
You’ll be actively involved in fieldwork, reporting, and collaborating with senior professionals to deliver quality service to clients.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct property valuations and prepare detailed reports.
* Handle negotiations for lease, sales, and property acquisitions.
* Liaise with clients on property and facility management matters.
* Assist in managing real estate portfolios and maintaining records.
* Support senior surveyors in executing estate and valuation assignments.
* Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.


Key Requirements

* B.Sc./HND in Estate Management or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in estate surveying or property valuation.
* Membership or registration with NIESV or ESVARBON is an added advantage.
* Strong field exposure and report-writing skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related tools.
