Job Brief

As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, and ensure utmost delivery.


Job Responsibilities

* Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.


Requirements

* OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
* Minium of 1 year experience as a customer representative or any related role.
* Experience working in a logistics company.
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.


Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
