Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities

* Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products and competitive pricing
* Review and analyze purchase requests, quotations, and specifications
* Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
* Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery, and inventory
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry best practices
* Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or alternatives
* Work closely with the finance, sales, and technical teams to ensure operational alignment
* Stay updated on market trends and potential suppliers.


Requirements

* A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
* Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with ICT/computer hardware products is an added advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Must reside in or around Ikeja or be willing to relocate


Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
