Job Title: Estate Management Personnel
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

Manage all maintenance, repairs and renovation of buildings and estates.
Meet with owners to discuss plans and general estate requirements.


Responsibilities

* Managing all administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents and preparing invoices.
* Keep detailed records and documentation.
* Creative and intuitive thinker and problem – solver.
* Supervise all Estate employees.
* Ensure compliance to applicable codes, procedures and legislation including health and safety.
* Constant communication with estate clients.
* Clients issues resolution.
* Meet with owners to discuss plans and general estate requirements.
* Manage all maintenance, repairs and renovation of buildings and estates.


Requirements

* A minimum of OND in Real Estate or any related course.
* 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in Estate Management.
* Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills - verbal and written
* Good Listening skills
* Problem analysis and problem-solving
* Attention to details and accuracy.
* Ability to understand and deliver good customer service.

Salary
N140,000 - N160,000 Montly.
