Job Description

Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate must understand how to attract, engage, and convert leads using digital tools and strategies tailored for the real estate industry.


Responsibilities

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Manage content creation, paid ads, and SEO to drive traffic and conversions
* Handle the company’s social media pages with consistent, engaging content
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report ROI
* Support lead generation and nurturing through email marketing and landing pages
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing goals with business targets.


Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (experience in real estate is a strong advantage)
* Proficient in social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, and email marketing tools
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills
* Excellent communication and analytical abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
