We are recruiting a reliable and hardworking individual to join our hospitality team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Housekeeper / Room Steward
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

* Clean and service guest rooms daily according to company standards, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
* Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, including toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, and mirrors.
* Replenish towels, toiletries, and other room supplies as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
* Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
* Respect guest privacy and follow procedures for entering occupied rooms.
* Follow all safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
* Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
* Collaborate with other housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure lost and found items are turned in and recorded properly.


Requirements

* The ideal candidate must have GEC/SSCE certificate
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail
* Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Must be living around Iwaya, Yaba, Ojuelegba, Surulere, Onipanu, Fadeyi and Mushin axis.
