We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and catering services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction in all food and beverage outlets.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage all F&B operations including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service
* Lead and train F&B team to provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures and service standards
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Manage F&B inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
* Plan and oversee special events, buffets, and banquet services
* Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and improve profitability
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure service recovery
* Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and quality presentation of all F&B areas


Requirements

* The ideal candidate must have an HND or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Food Service, in any recognized institution
* Minimum of 8–10 years experience in F&B management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Proficiency in using POS systems and hospitality software
* Must be detail-oriented, organized, and guest-focused
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
