Job Title: Officer - Distribution Partnership

Job Function

This role involves the management and growth of distribution services across the country in an asset light model.
It is also to expand, enhance partners engagement and ensure service-level alignment to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Accountabilities

Team Performance and Support:
* Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
* Identify resources, perform workload assignments, and provide assistances when required.
* End to end trip status settlement in collaboration with accounting team for prompt payment process and accurate cost recognition.
* Involve in PIP reviews and execution for projects and operational use.

Training Schedule:
* Schedule and Conduct trainings for team members as needed.

Process and Procedures Drive:
* Follow and enforce company policies and procedures especially to pharma clients.

Response to Queries:
* Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality:
* Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
* Maintain and improve the process to enhance customers satisfaction.
* Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.

Budget and Expense Monitoring:
* Understands distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
* Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.


Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Business Administration or a related field.


Skills and Experience:
* At least 1-3 years’ experience in similar field.
* Customer Service / Experience Management.
* Supply Chain Management.
