Job Title: Welder
Location: Makun, Ogun

Job Description

A Welder is responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, arc, or gas welding.
The role includes interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, conducting welding tasks with precision, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Perform Welding Tasks: Weld metal components using appropriate techniques based on project or repair requirements.
* Read Blueprints & Drawings: Interpret welding symbols and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications.
* Prepare Materials & Equipment: Set up tools, clean and align metal parts, and select proper welding equipment and consumables.
* Inspect & Test Welds: Check welded joints for strength and accuracy; identify and fix defects if needed.
* Follow Safety Standards: Use protective gear and adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.


Requirements

* Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 10 years work experience.


Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
