Job Title: Coating Machine Operator
Location: Makun, Ogun

Job Description

The Coating Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining tablet coating machines to apply film or sugar coatings to pharmaceutical tablets.
The role includes machine setup, monitoring, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to GMP and safety guidelines throughout the coating process.


Key Responsibilities

* Operate Coating Equipment: Set up and run tablet coating machines (e.g., Glatt, O’Hara) according to batch instructions.
* Monitor Process Parameters: Control spray rate, temperature, airflow, and pan speed to ensure uniform coating.
* In-Process Checks: Inspect coated tablets for color, uniformity, and defects during production.
* Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance to ensure machine readiness.
* Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete batch records and follow GMP, safety, and SOP guidelines.


Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
