Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Duty Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.


Responsibilities

* Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
* Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
* Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
* Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
* Complying with all health and safety regulations.


Qualifications

* Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree / Master's Degree
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
