Job Summary

As a Supermarket Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our supermarket.


Responsibilities

* Overseeing daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
* Developing and implementing store strategies to drive sales and profitability.
* Managing and motivating a team of employees to achieve store objectives.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.
* Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
* Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Business Development of the supermarket


Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in supermarket management or a similar role.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
* Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain management.
* Proficiency in using retail management software.


Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
