We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Personnel / Graphic Designer
Location: Remote


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Design posts, stories, reels, and banners that match the brand’s tone.
* Engage with followers and relevant accounts to grow audience organically.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
* Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
* Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, campaigns, and digital marketing.
* Create animated graphics (GIFs, motion graphics, simple video).
* Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
* Edit photos and retouch images when needed.
* Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design with campaign objectives.
* Handle multiple design tasks with deadlines.
* Maintain organized design files and backups.


Requirements

* A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relating field.
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into content strategy.
* 2 yrs+ working experience in graphic design, and social media content creation.
* Proven track record managing or designing for social media accounts.
* Experience with brand consistency and visual identity development.
* Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Time management, attention to details, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing trends and feedback.
* Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
* Experience in running paid social media ads.
* Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.


Salary
N200,000 Monthly (non-negotiable).
