Job Summary

As a Marketing Officer, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our palm olein brand, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
Your goal will be to position our brand as a leader in the market.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
* Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior
* Create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing efforts
* Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.


Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
* 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or agricultural products
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
