About the Role

We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a female Social Media Brand Representative to help grow and engage our online presence, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media trends and real estate marketing, and be ready to engage creatively with our audience.


Key Responsibilities

* Represent the company on TikTok and other social media platforms, showcasing our properties and services.
* Create engaging and informative content about real estate listings, market trends, and property showcases.
* Interact with followers, respond to comments, and help create a loyal online community.
* Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote real estate deals, events, and new launches.
* Handle basic computer-related tasks, such as managing content schedules and reports.


Requirements

* Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Female, 20 - 30 years old.
* Knowledge of real estate marketing and interest in property promotion.
* Strong presentation skills, camera-friendly, and comfortable being on video.
* Basic computer literacy and ability to handle office tasks (scheduling, documentation).
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
