We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

* Drive sales of Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test kits and other OH products/services.
* Expand client base across Diagnostics and OH business lines.
* Foster client loyalty by addressing pain points and delivering proactive solutions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
* Manage key corporate accounts, maintaining strong relationships and account health.
* Develop and implement systems to track and resolve client complaints.
* Maintain constant availability to address client inquiries, concerns, and support requests.
* Liaise with Operations to ensure prompt resolution of operational challenges.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team on client contract development, review, and documentation.
* Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is updated and accessible.
* Maintain a checklist and calendar of all relevant regulatory and compliance documents to avoid expiration or oversight.
* Conduct market research and analysis to monitor performance, identify new markets, and propose innovations.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with market demands and organizational capabilities.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collections.
* Develop and maintain sales pipelines based on segmented industries and categories.
* Initiate and drive business development strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
* Identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, and sales/distribution channels to boost revenue.


Requirements

* Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
* 4-6 years work experience.
* Salary - N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
