Description

We’re hiring a self-motivated Telesales Executive/Front Desk Officer to generate sales calls, onboard new clients, and manage our front desk.
You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a customer-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities

* Call and onboard prospective clients.
* Promote products and services.
* Understand clientneeds and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain updated clientdatabase.
* Track calls and sales.
* Handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
* Present daily sales reports to Team Lead.


Requirements

* BSc / HND in a related field.
* 2+ years in telesales or similar role.
* Proven sales track record.
* Familiarity with CRM tools.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Team player with a willingness to learn.
