About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for Bag Neck Sealing (BNS) Self-Adhesive Tape specifically targeted at bakeries across Nigeria. This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in selling bread nylons or packaging solutions to large-scale bakeries and bakery dealers.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive nationwide sales of Self-Adhesive BNS Tape to bakery clients and dealers.
* Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers across Nigeria.
* Conduct product trials and prepare detailed reports for major bakeries.
* Develop accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts and budgets by product line.
* Submit daily call reports to maintain sales transparency and tracking.
* Ensure timely payment collection with support from the customer service team.
* Coordinate with customer service to prepare and approve order forms.


Preferred Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in selling bakery packaging materials (e.g., bread nylons).
* Experience working with distributors and large bakery clients is highly desirable.
* Age range: 25–35 years.
* Proven track record in B2B sales within the bakery supply chain or packaging sector.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.


Compensation

* ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 net monthly salary
* Performance-based incentives
* Salary is negotiable for ideal candidates with direct industry experience
