Responsibilities

* Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
* Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in consumer behaviors.
* Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and trends.
* Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
* Cultivate relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.


Requirements
