Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development & Partnerships Associate to support the Chief Business Officer in driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding the company's partnership ecosystem.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, build strategic relationships, and support business development efforts in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

* Assist in identifying, evaluating, and cultivating strategic partnership opportunities.
* Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
* Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials for partnership meetings.
* Manage and track partnership pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
* Provide insights and recommendations on potential growth opportunities.
* Assist in contract review and partnership due diligence processes.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
* Experience in sustainability, clean energy, or impact-driven sectors.
* Familiarity with contract review and partnership management tools.
