Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our key clients in Nigeria.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and expanding strategic partnerships, essential for the organization's growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and explore new business opportunities.
* Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through direct sales channels.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure service excellence and goal alignment.
* Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic insights and feedback to senior management.
* Prepare detailed business plans for both current and prospective clients.
* Manage and track key account pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or partnerships.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:

* Experience in sustainability, clean energy, or impact-driven sectors.
* Familiarity with contract review and partnership management tools.
