Job Summary


We are seeking a commercially astute and performance-driven Marketing Associateto support brand growth, trade activation, and customer relationship management in a dynamic trading and distribution environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing key accounts, and delivering market intelligence to drive competitive advantage and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experiencewho are eager to scale their impact in a results-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts, retail partners, and distributors.
* Execute trade marketing initiatives and support the rollout of promotional campaigns.
* Track and report sales performance, campaign outcomes, and product movement across channels.
* Conduct market and competitor research, generating insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand visibility and channel effectiveness.
* Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through lead generation and promotional alignment.
* Coordinate logistics for marketing events, retail activations, and merchandising across territories.
* Provide accurate and timely reports on field activities, customer feedback, and market trends.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* 2 – 5 years (Mid-level) relevant experience in:
* FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
* Trade marketing or sales operations
* Supply chain, commercial, or customer-facing roles
* Proven understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
