Position Summary

A quality adhesive tape manufacturing plant located along the Lagos–Sagamu Expressway, near the Sagamu Interchange in Ogun State, is hiring a Head, Admin, Security & Facility.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of facility management, security, and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across office and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities


Facility & Office Management:

Manage office and residential facilities
Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Supervise cleaning and support staff


Fleet & Provision Coordination:

Handle fleet operations and driver management
Coordinate canteen services and office supplies.


Security Oversight:

Enforce company rules and regulations
Ensure the protection of life and property
Monitor and control access for staff, clients, and visitors
Liaise with law enforcement and other security agencies
Manage and coordinate activities of external guards.


Policy & Compliance:

Develop and implement effective security protocols
Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards.


Qualifications

B.Sc. / Master’s Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
5 – 7 years of relevant experience in a product-based multinational company
Background in law enforcement (Police, Military, Paramilitary) or a reputable security company is an added advantage
Membership in a recognized professional body
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
