Responsibilities

Conduct in-process and finished product inspections
Monitor critical control points and hygiene compliance
Keep documentation of daily QC activities
Report and follow up on quality deviations


Requirements

BSc/HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related fields
Familiar with food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP)
Strong observational and reporting skills
NYSC or recent graduate preferred.
