Role Overview

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the full delivery lifecycle from dispatch to final customer drop-off.
You will lead the delivery team, ensure efficient routing, enforce service standards, and troubleshoot logistics challenges in real time.


Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily delivery activities and personnel
Design and execute effective delivery schedules and routing plans
Ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries
Monitor driver performance and manage compliance with protocols
Respond to delivery issues and customer concerns promptly
Provide regular reports and insights to improve operational efficiency.


Candidate Requirements

B.Sc. or HND in Logistics, Business, or any relevant field
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in delivery/logistics operations, preferably in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage delivery teams and logistics KPIs
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team leadership ability
Must be available to resume immediately.
